Our Company
Underground Testing & Services is a privately owned, limited liability company with over 30 years of experience. UTS specializes in underground utilities, excavation support, sewer and water main services, line stops, insertion valves and hydrant repair. Underground Testing & Services, LLC is an expanding company adding specialty services and customer accounts; a list that currently exceeds 400 major clients in the New England area.
Sean Campbell, Owner
Sean Campbell is a New Hampshire native born and raised in Manchester. Sean has worked within the industry since the 1990s. Starting with only a truck and some basic equipment, Sean has grown the company to include over 10 service trucks, a dump truck, and a variety of service equipment.
